Move EBM Nodes Between Groups

Now, EBM nodes can be removed from compute node groups and re-added to other groups, allowing you to flexibly reallocate capacity between groups.
Soon, you will be able to remove nodes completely from your inventory, whether they are billed on a month-to-month basis or have a longer term. This process will transparently surface any early termination fees associated with disconnecting nodes.
Also in this release:
- New scheduled report type for Ecosystem Connect ports.
- Orders, Tickets, Changes, and Invoices view all pages now show 20 records per page by default.
- Shipment exports now include the shipment notes field.
- Contact list now displays Data Center access and Updated date fields.
- PDF exports now include record count in the header.
