Inventory

The new inventory widget allows you to access a global view of your Shipments, Interconnections, Cyxtera Network Panels, and Asset Report without filtering to a specific data center or Space.

Updates Widget

The revamped updates area brings release notes (just like this one!), publications for important notices related to your account and data center services, and occasional surveys based on tickets or orders you've created to the forefront.

Unified Rack/Cabinet View

Previously, data for Secure Cabinets were shown in the same style as a cage with a single rack, forcing you to navigate between screens to get a full view of the cabinet's inventory and power usage. Now, racks and Secure Cabinets share the same unified information-dense view, allowing you to see power data, interconnection, and access data in a quick, tabbed space.

Miscellaneous

  • You can now search visitor badge logs by badge number, making it easier to cross reference with badge event reports to see who accessed a space with a visitor badge.
  • Added "Days in Storage" field to shipment export.
  • Added "Pod" and "Installed" columns to Interconnection table.
  • Fix for some shipments appearing in the table for another data center.
  • Improved display for Cross Connect disconnections to clearly display the recurring charge.
