Nutanix Cluster Licensing

Customers that purchase a Nutanix capable cluster (3+ nodes) along with Nutanix licensing from Cyxtera, must also complete an additional licensing step to enable Nutanix support or advanced cluster features such as encryption, if purchased. Licensing can be completed after node activation, at your convenience, but does require assistance from Cyxtera. To complete licensing, complete the following steps:

Download the Cluster Summary File (CSF), accessible within Prism.
Open a Support Ticket (select Question) via the Cyxtera portal and attach the CSF file.
Cyxtera will use the provided CSF to generate a License Summary File (LSF) and attach it when resolving the Case.
Upload the LSF within Prism.
